Andrea Gasparri has a vast and extensive work experience in research and development, specifically in the food industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as an R&D Manager at Farmo S.p.A. - Gluten Free Manufacturer until 2009. Andrea then joined HJ Heinz, where they held the positions of R&D Develop. Mgr. from 2009 to 2012, and R&D Senior Product Development Manager from 2012 to 2015. After that, they worked at Bauli Group as the R&D consumer science & innovation manager from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Research and Development at Andros Italia (Solo Italia - Fattoria Scaldasole - Dolcissimo).
Andrea Gasparri completed a Laurea in Food Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1998 to 2003. In 2004, Andrea started a PhD program at the University of Bologna specializing in food toxicants. The PhD program lasted for the year 2004 to 2005.
