Bogdan Rosu

Bogdan Rosu is an experienced process engineer currently employed at ANDROS since October 2022. Prior to this role, Bogdan worked at Groupe Lactalis as a continuous improvement intern, achieving notable reductions in production loss and generating significant annual savings. Previous internships included positions in research and development at Aventure AB, where Bogdan developed plant-based products and scaled production processes, and an internal auditor role at BNEI focused on quality improvement initiatives. Early career experiences include customer service roles at armatis-lc and WISECOM, as well as operational positions at Delmonte Fresh Produce and ROSU MENUISERIE. Bogdan holds a degree in Agroalimentaire - Génie Biologique from Ensmac and further studied food science at Universidad de Zaragoza.
