Laurie Roddier

Laurie RODDIER is an experienced product and technology R&D engineer currently working at ANDROS since February 2012, with previous roles including process engineer and R&D engineer. Prior to ANDROS, Laurie served as an R&D engineer assistant at Jacquet Brossard for a project focused on the development of a new industrial pastry, managing all phases from raw material sourcing to industrialization while collaborating with various departments. Laurie also gained valuable experience as an R&D engineer assistant at Capryl, where responsibilities included product development and improvement, supplier communication, laboratory testing, and cost calculations, successfully proposing enhanced recipes and new products. Laurie's educational background includes an engineering degree in agronomy from ENSAT and a brief educational period at the University of Helsinki.
