Richard then worked at Shoot as a Key Account Manager, serving Renault as their biggest customer. After that, they joined Hilti as a Communication Manager. Richard continued their career at Societe Generale as a Marketing Manager for Broker On Line. Castillo then joined Kimberly-Clark, where they held several positions including Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager for Europe, Capability Development Manager, EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, and Head of Kleenex Brand for EMEA. Richard also worked as the Sales Director for Spain and Portugal at Kimberly-Clark Professional. Currently, they are the Director Comercial & Marketing/Sales & Marketing Director for On & Off Trade at ANDROS. Richard Castillo attended Sorbonne University from 1987 to 1992 where they obtained a Maîtrise degree in Sociology and Economics. Richard pursued further studies at EDHEC Business School from 1992 to 1994 and graduated with a Master's degree in Management and Marketing. Additionally, they also attended University of Deusto in 1993-1994 to pursue an MBA degree specializing in Marketing, Management, and Finance.
