Shawn Reynolds

Shawn Reynolds has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. SHAWN is currently serving as the USA - Human Resource Director at Andros Foods North America, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, from August 2019 to March 2021, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Atkore International. In this role, they acted as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit President and led a team of HR managers across multiple facilities.

Before joining Atkore International, Shawn was the Co-Owner of Peace of Mind, an Integrative Health Coaching Company, from July 2018 to August 2019. SHAWN played a key role in developing an innovative approach to improving overall health and quality of life for individuals and families through food and lifestyle changes.

From March 2016 to June 2018, Shawn served as the HR Director and Employee Experience and Employee Relations Market Lead - Virginia Market at Cargill. During their tenure, they managed and led a team supporting a diverse workforce and implemented strategies to engage employees and reduce turnover.

Prior to Cargill, Shawn held the position of Regional Human Resources Leader - Western US and Canada at Owens Corning from June 2012 to March 2016. SHAWN also gained valuable experience as the Manager of Human Resources - Health & Food North America at RECKITT BENCKISER from December 2008 to June 2012.

In addition, Shawn worked at Merck as a Senior HR Business Partner from November 2006 to December 2008 and at Ford Motor Company as an HR Site Manager/Regional Safety Manager from August 2000 to October 2006.
