Kari Connolly

Kari Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kari is currently working as a Workforce Planning Program Manager at Andros, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, Kari worked at CredSimple as a Vendor Manager from July 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Andros, Kari had a long tenure at Tripadvisor. Kari held several positions including Content Operations Lead, Senior Content Specialist - Vendor Management, Content Specialist - Policy & Support Escalations, Content Specialist - Listings, and Content Specialist - Bulk Listings. During their time at Tripadvisor, Kari was responsible for managing vendor operations, training offshore agents, improving performance metrics, and creating reports for monitoring vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Kari also gained experience in the travel industry as an International Board Member at Tripping International and as a Community Relations Specialist at SANEtraveler.

Earlier in their career, Kari worked at Northeastern University - Department of Education as an Administrative Assistant and Research Coordinator. Kari also had research positions at Boston Medical Center - Department of Neurology and Brigham and Women's Hospital & Harvard Medical Center - Study of Adult Development.

Kari Connolly attended Northeastern University from 2006 to 2011, and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. In 2009, during their time at Northeastern University, they also studied Eastern and Central European Studies at Charles University for a year.
