Mark Morgan has a significant amount of work experience in the medical field. Mark started their career at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in 2001 as a Resident in Anesthesiology, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Weeks Medical Center, initially as the Medical Director of Anesthesiology and then took on additional roles such as the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, Chief of Surgery, and Medical Staff President. Mark also held the position of Medical Staff Vice President from 2014 to 2015. In 2020, they became the Chief Medical Officer at Weeks Medical Center. In 2018, they also took on the role of Medical Director of Anesthesiology at Androscoggin Valley Hospital. Mark Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Columbia University from 1993 to 1997. Mark then pursued their medical education at Tufts University School of Medicine, earning an M.D. degree from 1997 to 2001.
