Jim Filippini

Jim Filippini is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and commercial strategy within the biotech and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Andson Biotech since August 2024, Jim is responsible for formulating strategies for product launch and future growth while developing a customer-facing team. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Axion BioSystems, where Jim led global sales and marketing strategies and played a key role in M&A activities, and multiple sales leadership positions at Molecular Devices, Biolog, Inc., and Varian, Inc., significantly enhancing market penetration and revenue. Jim holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Biology from Albright College.
