Fernando Alvarado

Fernando Alvarado serves as the Aircraft Lead Design Engineer and Product Data Manager at Thrush Aircraft, Inc. since September 2007, specializing in the design of agricultural, firefighting, and surveillance aircraft, along with associated subsystems. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Associate at Hudson Displays Co. from January 2001 to August 2007, focusing on design feasibility and collaboration with sample makers. Fernando also worked as an Assistance Technician at the University of Michigan from September 2006 to May 2007, where responsibilities included maintaining machine shop equipment. Fernando holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, an A.S. in Engineering Science from Hudson County Community College, as well as a Certificate of Accomplishment in Pilot and Flight Dispatch from the Aero Club of Collique.
