Joe Bayer

Joe Bayer currently serves as Vice President of Hardware Engineering and Head of Product Architecture at Anduril Industries since October 2022. With a distinguished career as a Naval Aviator starting in 1997, Joe has also held the position of Program Senior Director at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from August 2007 to October 2022. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where graduation occurred between 1992 and 1996, and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
