John Malone

John Malone is an experienced operations and production leader with a strong background in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Production for Autonomous Airpower at Anduril Industries, John is focused on scaling production for the Fury and other Group 5 aircraft, as well as launching Arsenal-1, a hyper-scale factory in Columbus, Ohio. Previous roles include Vice President of Production at Saildrone, where John oversaw production and supply chain functions, and Director of Production at The Boring Company, managing tunnel boring machine production. John also holds experience as Vice President of Operations at a robotics startup and Director of Production at Kitty Hawk, where an innovative approach significantly increased aircraft output. John began a career in manufacturing at Tesla as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and served as a Product Engineer at Honda of America Manufacturing, focusing on chassis subsystems. Academic background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
