R. Patrick Earhart

R. Patrick Earhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Technical Director at Anduril Industries since February 2023, R. Patrick Earhart previously held key roles at Ball Aerospace from 2003 to March 2023, including Chief Technologist for Imaging and Surveillance and Principal Engineer, focusing on developing tailored solutions that meet customer operational constraints. R. Patrick Earhart also contributed to education as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Woodrow Wilson Academy from July 2008 to July 2019. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and a Master's in Materials Science from Colorado School of Mines, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the same institution.
