Simon Davis

Simon Davis is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in engineering and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Anduril Industries in Australia, Simon has previously held key roles, including Vice President of Operations at Cylite, where strategic growth and financial oversight were emphasized. Other notable positions include Regional Engineering Services Manager at Alsco Australia and Component and Mechanical Engineering Manager at Finisar Corporation, where leadership of engineering teams and alignment of product specifications with manufacturing requirements were critical. Simon co-founded and directed engineering at Allied Global Ltd, focusing on advanced composite products, and has substantial experience from earlier roles at Pryde Group and The Boeing Company, enhancing production processes and quality in manufacturing settings.
