Sofia Rose Haft

Sofia Rose Haft (Gross) currently serves as the Director of Communications at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, since April 2023. In addition, Sofia is a Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, having been selected through the Direct Commission Officer program in September 2020. Previously, Sofia held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Task Force 59 within the US Navy from October 2022 to March 2023, following a request for deployment. From July 2015 to January 2023, Sofia worked at Snap Inc. in various roles, including Strategic Advisor for Global Public Policy and Head of Policy Partnerships and Social Impact. Earlier career experience includes serving as the 2016 Election Project Coordinator at the University of Chicago Institute of Politics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago and additional studies at Harvard Kennedy School from August 2018 to July 2019.
