Kirk Spare

Kirk Spare has extensive work experience in the food service and hospitality industry. Kirk started their career as a Food Safety Consultant/Auditor at Sherwin Food Safety in 2004 and worked there until 2010. During this time, they monitored safety and sanitation practices in various restaurant concepts. In 2006, Kirk founded the Spare Consulting Group, where they served as a Principle. In this role, they provided food safety training, advised clients on meal preparation and menu optimization, and designed comprehensive HACCP plans. Kirk also worked as a General Manager at Hill Country Barbecue Market in 2011 and as a Director of Operations at Taylor Gourmet from 2010 to 2011. At both establishments, they implemented operational systems, standardized training programs, and championed efficiency initiatives. From 2007 to 2016, Kirk held multiple roles at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, including General Manager and Executive Chef of the Corporate Test Store. Kirk supported menu changes systemwide and optimized kitchen efficiency. Kirk joined Taco Bamba Taqueria in 2016, where they initially served as the Director of Operations. Kirk expanded the company's workforce, implemented training programs, and supervised a team of department leaders. Later, they took on additional roles as the Director of Construction and the Director of Information Technology. Finally, in 2022, Kirk joined Tech-24 Construction as a Project Manager before transitioning to their current position as the Director of Operations at Andy's Pizza in 2023.

Kirk Spare completed a Construction Project Manager Certificate from Columbia Engineering in an unspecified year. Prior to that, they attended Towson University from 1994 to 1999 where they studied Chemistry. Kirk obtained their high school education from Dundalk High School from 1990 to 1994, though the field of study is not specified.
