Dennis Norton

Vice President - Business Development, Forest Carbon Projects at Anew

Dennis Norton has extensive experience in the timberland and asset management industry. Dennis is currently working as a Specialty Asset Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where they manage complex specialty assets and collaborates closely with Bank of America to generate new business. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at Bank of America, where they were responsible for overseeing various investment activities. Dennis also worked as a Vice President at Bluesource LLC, where they focused on business development and forest carbon projects. Dennis has significant experience in managing timberland assets, as seen in their roles at BTG Pactual and Regions Bank. During their tenure at BTG Pactual, they managed a large portfolio of institutional timberland and executed strategic plans. At Regions Bank, they were responsible for investment analysis and due diligence for timberland acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Dennis held leadership positions at Rmk Timberland Group and Wachovia Bank, N.A., where they managed timberland portfolios and implemented forest management plans. Dennis started their career as the President and Vegetation Management Consultant at TranSouth, Inc, where they provided silvicultural services to clients. Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated a strong understanding of timberland as an investment asset class and has successfully generated revenue through their expertise.

Dennis Norton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Auburn University. Dennis also attended St. Joseph's High School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that institution.
