Tarlan Kornilov

Tarlan Kornilov has over 15 years of work experience in the legal field. From 2018 to present, they have been the Group General Counsel at ANGARA Industries. Between 2014 and 2018, they were the Managing Director at Elite Consulting, where they provided end-to-end solutions to clients in any market around the globe. From 2013 to 2014, they were the General Counsel at FPI Group, where they provided legal support for joint-venture investment activity, cross-boarder M&A transactions, corporate actions, and international contracts. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Senior Lawyer for International Projects at RESO Holding, where they provided legal support for corporate projects, M&A transactions, international contracts, corporate documents, and company due diligence. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Senior Lawyer of International Department at Arbat Capital Management, where they set up and launched foreign investment funds, drafted and negotiated contracts, provided legal support for international transactions, and provided legal support for corporate actions. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Legal Adviser at Law firm "Clever Legal", where they provided legal support for cross-boarder transactions, drafted and negotiated contracts, conducted due diligence, and represented clients in arbitration courts and enforcement proceedings. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Lawyer at the Economic Bar of Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Tarlan Kornilov attended The Ural State Law Academy, Institute of International and State Law from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Specialist degree in International Law. From 2005 to 2007, they attended The Ural State Law Academy, Faculty of Additional Education and obtained a Specialist degree in Legal English.
