Madhan Ganesh L began their career in 1998 as a Technical Lead at Baan Info Systems. Madhan Ganesh then worked at Siemens Healthcare as a Software Architect from 2004 to 2013. After that, they joined GE Healthcare as a Senior Software Architect, responsible for architecting and implementing a Radiology Information System. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Walmart Labs India as a Senior Architect, where they played a vital role in designing and implementing the next generation Fulfilment App. In 2020, they joined Envestnet | Yodlee as the Director of Solutions Architecture, and in 2022, they joined Angel One as the VP of Engineering.

Madhan Ganesh L completed their education from 1995 to 1998 at Kumaraguru College of Technology, where they obtained a Masters in Computer Application with a specialization in Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications such as "Architecting Big Data Applications: Batch Mode Application Engineering" from LinkedIn in March 2020 and "Siemens Certified Architect (SWA)" from Siemens Global Learning Campus in January 2011.
