Shruti has a diverse work experience. Shruti started their career as a Summer Intern at Tevatron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. Shruti then worked as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2015 to 2018, where they had a range of responsibilities including UI development, performance tuning, and database management. In 2018, they became an Office Bearer at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, where they were a part of the HR Club. In 2019, they had a Sales and Marketing Internship at Dr. Vaidya's: New Age Ayurveda. Their most recent experience is at Angel One, where they started as a Management Trainee in 2020 and is currently working as a Lead-Product Initiatives.

Shruti's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at IMS Engineering College in Ghaziabad to pursue their Bachelor's degree. The specific field of study for their bachelor's degree is not provided. Shruti completed their bachelor's degree in 2015.
