Erika Sanchez

Erika Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community impact and corporate social responsibility within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Community Impact at Angel City Football Club, Erika oversees over 18 community-focused programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Erika's previous roles include Manager of Community Impact and Manager of Community Partnership Activation at the same organization, where significant budgets and numerous events were managed to benefit the Los Angeles community. Erika's expertise includes participation in prestigious leadership programs such as Coro Southern California's Women in Leadership, alongside fellowships with Admit.me Access and the Forte Foundation. Previous experience includes roles with the Los Angeles Dodgers in community relations and marketing capacities, and foundational experiences in communications and production across various media sectors. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, with further studies in Journalism at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
