Kat Kays has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Kat has worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist CV/CT at Baylor Scott & White Health from June 2010 to February 2017. Kat then joined McLane Children's Hospital Baylor Scott and White Health in February 2016 as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse and worked there until February 2020. During their time at McLane Children's Hospital, they also served as an ECMO Specialist from December 2016 to April 2018 and as a Neonatal and Pediatric ECMO Program Coordinator from April 2018 to February 2019. Their most recent position was as a Manager of Clinical Operations at AngelEye Health, starting in February 2020.
