Dan Fazioli

Dan serves as the Chief Accounting Officer for Angel Oak Capital’s private funds, mutual funds, and managed accounts. In addition, he serves as the Principal Financial Officer of the Angel Oak Mutual Fund Trust.

Prior to Angel Oak, Dan was the controller of Tang Capital Partners, LP, a San Diego-based hedge fund and worked in the Direct Hedge Fund Controllers Group of Goldman Sachs & Co. Previously, he held positions at CapitalSource Inc., American Capital Strategies Inc., and PwC.

Dan holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance and an M.A. in Accounting, both from Tulane University.
