Moulham Abboud

Moulham Abboud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and performance enhancement across various roles. Currently serving as Project Manager and Performance & Process Manager at RWE since October 2019, Moulham acts as a vital interface between operations and multiple functions, leading critical projects and conducting internal audits. Additionally, Moulham has been engaged as a National Water Polo Referee for the Swedish Swimming Federation since September 2018 and serves as a Water Polo Coach and board member at HÄVP club. Previous roles include Performance Manager at E.ON, Head Coach at LUGI Water Polo Club, and Project Assistant at Halmstad University. Moulham holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Renewable Energy Systems and Electrical Power Engineering, respectively, from Halmstad University and Linnaeus University, along with foundational education in Electrical Power Engineering from Damascus University.
