Michael Au

Michael Au serves as Chair and Board Director at Toniic, a global action community focused on impact investing. As Founder, Board Director, and Managing Director of District Capital, Michael facilitates investments in sustainable solutions addressing climate challenges. Michael also advises and holds a Board Director position at the Sustainable Finance Initiative, which aims to accelerate sustainable finance in Asia. In addition, Michael is Chairperson of the Investment Advisory Committee at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and serves on the Investment Committee at AngelHub, Hong Kong's pioneering startup investment platform. Previous roles include Board Member at IDCC, and various business development positions at Aegir Wine & Spirits, Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd, Jumbo (Hong Kong) Ltd, and Christie's. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Entrepreneurial Studies from CUHK Business School and a B.F.A. in Photography from Parsons School of Design.
