Gabriel Mineau

Gabriel Mineau is an experienced business professional currently serving as an Associé at Gaetys, an innovative investment company focused on early-stage startup financing since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gabriel co-founded and served as Président at Bugizz from April 2021 to January 2024, where the objective was to establish a restaurant chain that exclusively offered insect-based meat as a sustainable alternative to traditional meats.
