Oliver Kaiser

Oliver Kaiser has extensive experience in the railway and signalling sectors, currently serving as Head of Business Unit ETCS and a Member of the Executive Board at Stadler, responsible for the P&L of Stadler's ETCS business. In addition, Oliver Kaiser holds the position of COO at AngelStar, a joint venture between Mermec and Stadler, overseeing the development of ETCS products. Previous roles at Siemens include leading Product Life-Cycle Management, managing road traffic and logistics business units, and overseeing engineering projects for railway control systems across multiple countries. Oliver Kaiser earned a PhD in Control Engineering from ETH Zürich and has further education from SKU Management Programm and Caltech.
