Austin Craft is a seasoned Client Success Manager with extensive experience managing a portfolio of over 180 accounts at Angie's List since May 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing account management, product adoption, billing, and customer service while identifying growth opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior experience includes serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, where Austin supported undergraduate officers and alumni, and managed educational programs. Additional roles include planning large events, recruitment, and multimedia positions, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Ball State University.
