Katie Swormstedt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience leading HR teams and partnering with various business segments. Currently serving as the Senior Director and HR Business Partner at Angi since October 2022, Katie previously held the HR Business Partner Manager role at Five Below from March 2021 to October 2022 and contributed significantly as the People & Culture Business Partner Senior Manager at Stitch Fix from September 2017 to January 2020. With a foundational career at Abercrombie & Fitch from November 2009 to September 2017, Katie progressed through various HR roles, including HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Analyst, focusing on design talent recruitment and employee relations.
