Kathryn Clymer

Kathryn (Katie) Clymer, SPHR, currently serves as the Sr. Director of HRBP at Vail Resorts since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn held several positions at Denver Public Schools, including Executive Director of Talent, where responsibilities encompassed leading talent strategy for all employee groups, advising senior leadership, and executing talent acquisition initiatives for approximately 4,000 annual hires. Additionally, Kathryn designed and implemented alternative education strategies as Director of Student Engagement and managed Intensive Pathways programs as both Manager and Director. Kathryn's professional journey also includes experience as a Manager at Accenture, where overarching Change Management programs were supported, and a General Education Teacher with Teach for America. Kathryn earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Pace University, and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University.
