SHI HENG GUAN is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and enhancing software systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Angi since February 2022, SHI HENG GUAN spearheaded the design and development of a bonus initiative system that improved transparency and engagement for service providers.
