Jeannette Filippone

Ms. Filippone has served as General Counsel of Angiocrine Bioscience since December 2021. Prior to joining Angiocrine, Ms. Filippone was a partner at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, LLP, where her practice focused on business and corporate matters, including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing. She previously practiced corporate and securities law at the global law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP and in private practice with her own law firm, which focused on providing outside general counsel services to companies in the life science and technology industries. She also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a publicly traded life science company. Ms. Filippone received her BA from University of Massachusetts Boston, her MA from University of California San Diego and her JD from University of San Diego School of Law.
