Kato L. has more than a decade of experience in the field of technical support and service. Starting in 2006, Kato worked as a Customer Support & Service Engineer at Esaote for four years. In 2010, Kato joined Illumina as a Field Service Engineer for a year before moving on to X-Ray Optical Systems, Inc. as a Field Service Supervisor in 2011. Kato then transitioned to Suunto in 2015, serving as the Service Manager APAC until 2017. Kato's most recent position was with AngioDynamics as a Product Support & Field Service Specialist, starting in December 2017.

Kato L. completed their education from 2000 to 2001 at Iroquois Falls Secondary School, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
