Omair Khan

Omair Khan has a diverse range of work experience. Omair currently holds the position of General Counsel at Angle Health, where they provide legal guidance and expertise. Omair also serves as an Advisor at the same company. In 2019, Omair became a Charter Member at TechGC. Prior to that, they worked at Trusted Health as an Advisor and later as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary. During this time, they were responsible for various legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Omair also managed a team and led cross-functional teams in areas such as nurse compliance, HR, finance, and clinical operations. Before Trusted Health, Omair worked as a Transactional Tax Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP from 2015 to 2017 and as a Tax Controversy Attorney at Baker McKenzie from 2012 to 2015, where they represented clients in tax controversies.

Omair Khan has a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. Omair also holds an M.P.A. degree in Accounting and Tax, as well as a B.A. degree in Economics and Government, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
