Pauline Schober

Director at Anglicare NT

Pauline Schober joined the Anglicare NT Board of Directors in February 2022. A highly qualified and experienced educator and business woman, she has a passion for improving outcomes in all areas for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through her various occupations Pauline has worked extensively throughout the Northern Territory, including remote communities, building partnerships and developing and improving access provisions for her people, operating with people on the ground and advocating at the top. Pauline has had input into Northern Territory and national policy impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. With qualifications in Education, Business, Finance, and with extensive experience in management, leadership and mentoring executives, Pauline has always worked to achieve continuous improvement in liveability and quality of life for all Territorians.

Since 2011, Pauline has also been a strong advocate and valued active member of the Northern Territory Board of Studies providing strategic advice to Education Ministers and Education Department CEOs. Her work in the wider community includes initiating and establishing Women and Junior Women’s Rugby League in the Northern Territory, and proudly led the first Northern Territory Titans women’s Rugby League team on their inaugural interstate competition tour that has since paved the way for many Territory women’s Titan Teams to follow. Pauline is looking forward to being a part of the Anglicare NT team and working towards achieving shared outcomes in the years ahead.
