Sally Yule is Managing Director of consultancy firm Humble Access, working in health and aged care, community services and executive coaching.
She has 25 years’ experience in senior executive roles in the not-for-profit sector, including 20 years with an innovative mid-tier health and aged care provider, seven of those as Deputy CEO. Sally has extensive experience in the development of both people and services, including leading and coaching large teams and implementing innovative services in aged care, dementia care and palliative care.
Sally is certified in Gallup Strengths Coaching and Leadership Capacity Program Coaching. As well as being a registered Half Time Coach, Sally is a registered Leadership Capacity Program Coach.
In 2016 Sally was engaged by Anglicare Sydney to oversee the merger of Anglicare Sydney and Anglican Retirement Villages’ home care services. Prior to working in the NFP sector, Sally worked in Banking and Finance in corporate banking and treasury risk management roles. She holds a Masters of Applied Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sally joined the Board of Anglicare NT in April 2016.
