Anglicare Southern Queensland
Anna Zilli has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 as a Senior Trainer and Assessor at the Hospitality Training Association. Anna then worked at Queensland Health in various roles including Learning Services Manager and Program Manager. In 2011, they joined the Department of Transport and Main Roads, where they held multiple positions, including Director and Executive Director. From 2014 to 2017, Anna worked as the Director of Organizational Culture at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (Queensland). Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Anglicare Southern Queensland, a position they have held since 2018.
Anna Zilli has a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University, completed in 2012. Anna also has a Bachelor of Adult & Vocational Education from Griffith University, completed in 2009. In addition, they have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) from the Australian Institute of Industry and Training, completed in 2007. Anna also holds a Diploma of Hospitality Management from the Bremer Institute of TAFE, completed in 2006.
