Danielle W. has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 at the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as a Policy and Program Officer. Danielle then moved on to the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations in 2013, working as a Corporate Reporting and Project Officer. Danielle worked at Emergency Management Victoria as a Project Officer from 2015 to 2018. Danielle then transitioned to the Australian Public Service, holding various roles including Senior Policy Officer and Assistant Director. Danielle also worked at Lifeline Australia as a Crisis Supporter and at Anglicare Victoria as a Wellbeing Support Specialist before taking on the role of Provisional Psychologist and People and Culture Lead for Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at the same organization in 2020.

Danielle W. completed their Bachelor of Nursing degree at La Trobe University from 2002 to 2004. Danielle then pursued their Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Deakin University from 2015 to 2018. After that, they attended the University of Melbourne in 2019 for a Master of Applied Positive Psychology. In 2018, Danielle participated in a short-term study abroad program at Maastricht University focusing on Positive Psychology. Danielle then completed their most recent degree, a Master of Professional Psychology, at the Institute for Social Neuroscience from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Psychological First Aid and Mental Health First Aid in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
