Kerryn Owen

Kerryn Owen has a diverse work experience in HR roles, starting in 2008 and spanning multiple companies. Kerryn began their career as an HR Consultant at Barclays Global Investors, where they focused on employee relations matters. Kerryn then moved on to work as an HR Consultant at the Local Government Ombudsman, providing HR services to the organization. Kerryn then took on the role of HR Business Partner at Pershing Limited, where they supported various departments. After that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Ageas, providing full HR services to the company. Kerryn also gained experience at Benetas as an HR Business Partner and Manager L&D Projects, focusing on aged care services. Kerryn later joined AnglicareSA as a People & Culture Business Partner, providing support in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Kerryn also had two stints at Norbar Australia, first as an HR Advisor and then as a Human Resources Manager. Kerryn'smost recent position was as a People Projects Lead at AnglicareSA. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in recruitment, HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.

From 1992 to 1996, Kerryn Owen attended Blackwood High School. Following this, from 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Human Resource Management at Monash University.
