Saul Neighbour has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire. Currently, Saul is the Head of Culture, EVP, & Wellbeing at Anglo American. Prior to this role, Saul held leadership positions in companies such as De Beers Group, Tesco, The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, J. Murphy & Sons Limited, Kier Group, and Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd, where Saul gained extensive experience in human resources and people strategy.
