Tom Beresford

Tom Beresford is currently the Head of Employee Reward and Global Benefits at Anglo American. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Head of Reward at BAT and held various positions at Mars, Goldman Sachs, and EY. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Cardiff University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
