Marsha Chetty

Marsha Chetty currently serves as the Head of Organisation Design at Anglo American, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, Marsha was the Head of Human Resources for Managed Operations at The De Beers Group of Companies from October 2019 to April 2021. From March 2017 to September 2019, Marsha held dual roles as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Advisor for Continuous Improvement at Baffinland. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions at ArcelorMittal, including Director of Change Integration, and multiple roles at Rio Tinto focused on HR and business improvement from 1998 to 2008. Marsha holds a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and completed secondary education at Chatsworth Secondary in Durban, South Africa.
