Patrick Mullen

Patrick Mullen is an experienced water management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Water Management at Anglo American since January 2019, Patrick has previously held significant roles, including Chief Technical Officer at Global Water Development Partners from November 2014 to December 2018 and Principal Water and Sanitation Specialist at the International Finance Corporation from July 2009 to November 2014. Additional experience includes leadership positions at MWH as Vice President, KEO International Consultants as Branch Manager in Qatar, MajiTech Ltd as Managing Director, and The Louis Berger Group as Technical Director. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
