Rudolph Botha

Rudolph Botha is an experienced leader in sustainable development and environmental management, currently serving as the Head of Regeneration at Anglo American since April 2020. Botha's role focuses on integrated regenerative planning to establish sustainable post-mining land uses, prioritizing societal value and positive legacies through collaborative solutions. Previously, Botha held the position of Head of SSD Strategic Projects, where responsibilities included implementing strategic sustainability initiatives. Other notable roles within Anglo American include Acting Head of Environment, Lead Mine Closure, and Manager of Sustainable Development and Civil Engineering.
