Qasim A Shaikh

Qasim A Shaikh is a dedicated maritime professional currently serving as a Deck Cadet/TNOC with Anglo-Eastern since March 2024, following roles as a Media Intern and Editorial Board Member at Sea and Coast Marine Magazine. Qasim is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science at Indian Maritime University, Kochi, expected to graduate in June 2024, and has engaged in numerous extracurricular activities, including leadership positions within academic clubs and organizing committees. Qasim has enhanced professional knowledge through memberships in organizations like the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) and The Nautical Institute, and has participated in significant programs promoting maritime education.
