Araba A. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Head of Legal for AngloGold Ashanti in Ghana since July 2022. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Newmont Corporation and several positions at Bentsi-Enchill Letsa & Ankomah, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate over nearly seven years. Araba’s career began with an Associate role at N. Dowuona & Company, followed by a Trainee Solicitor position at B P Collins LLP. Araba's legal expertise was further honed while consulting for Wolters Kluwer. Araba holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick and completed legal studies at BPP Law School.
