Jinhee Magie

Jinhee Magie is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in board governance and financial management. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at AngloGold Ashanti, Lithium Americas Corp., and Star Royalties Ltd., Jinhee contributes to various audit, risk, compensation, and governance committees. Previously, Jinhee held senior leadership positions, including SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Lundin Mining Corporation, where tenure extended from 2008 to 2022. Additional roles include Director of Corporate Compliance at Lionore Mining International Ltd, Tax Specialist at Dundee Corporation, Finance Manager at CIBC World Markets, and Audit Services at Ernst & Young. Jinhee holds a BComm degree in Finance from the University of Toronto - Victoria University, completed in 1991.
