Karina Poza

Karina Poza is an accomplished Delivery Manager at Angry Nerds since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Service Delivery Manager at Hemmersbach, where leadership of global projects in over 50 countries was a key responsibility. At Hemmersbach, Karina managed project finances, supervised local service delivery managers, and maintained client relationships. Prior experience includes resource management and operational consulting at NATEK, focusing on HR and finance for IT professionals, as well as an internship at mGenerator, where customer relations and project support were prioritized. Karina holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Business Communication and Project Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and a Master’s in Pedagogics, along with a Licentiate in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw.
