Marco Quintero

Marco Quintero has a significant amount of experience in various managerial roles. Marco began their career as a Plant Manager at Electrical Components International in 2011, overseeing two plants in China with over 2000 employees. Marco was responsible for budgeting and executing business plans. In 2014, they became a Plant Manager at Eagle Ottawa, where they improved organizational culture, implemented sustainable practices, and optimized resources. Marco then moved on to become a Plant Manager at Electrical Components International again, this time managing a plant from 2015 to 2021.
