Ravi M Adhikari (Ph. D Photochemistry/Photophysics)

Ravi M Adhikari has a Ph.D. in Photochemistry/Photophysics and has a strong background in the field. Ravi M started their career in 2004 as a Graduate Student at BGSU, where they designed and synthesized various opto-electronic organic and composite materials for Organic Light Emitting Diodes. Ravi M also collaborated with a Chinese group to fabricate an OLED device using their compounds, resulting in a white electroluminescent from a single compound in the device. Additionally, they synthesized light emitting organic nanoparticles, composite fluorescent nanomaterials, and quantum dots.

In 2008, Ravi joined Angstrom Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Chemical Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the production of UV fluorescent dyes and pigments for covert security features in documents. Ravi M formulated inks for offset and intaglio printing for security purposes.
