Becca Loughlin, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner & Talent Development at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Becca previously held multiple roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., including HR Business Partner for the Oncology Business Unit and Associate Director of Performance & Talent Management. Becca's expertise encompasses performance management, talent initiatives, and succession planning, demonstrating a strong ability to drive organizational effectiveness. Prior to their work in pharmaceuticals, Becca gained valuable leadership experience as the Director of Scheduling for the Lt. Governor of New Jersey and as General Manager of Lambertville Station Restaurant & Inn. Becca holds a Master of Business Administration from Centenary University and a Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University.
